Beyblade X Unshipped Orders update!

We understand the disappointment and frustration this may have caused, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

The delays in shipping out Beyblade X Orders are caused due to these factors, which we would like to address:
Customs Delays: This lot of shipment was of significant size and value, and as a result, it underwent thorough inspection and processing by the customs authorities. Unfortunately, this procedure led to unexpected delays in the clearance process.

Furthermore, Takara Tomy, had difficulty scaling up production to match the High demands, which also contributed to the delays.

We understand your frustration and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We assure you that we are taking the necessary steps to avoid such delays in the future, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service.

We've attached a screenshot of the customs clearance status to this email to keep you updated.
The good news is our second lot of shipment was released from customs on Friday, and we are expecting to receive most of the products on Monday. Unfortunately, Bx-07 is an exception and might take a bit longer. We expect to receive half of the order by the middle of next week, and the remaining half should arrive sometime during the 3rd or 4th week of August.
