Mall of Toys Pre-Order Guidelines

1. What Pre-Orders Mean

Placing a pre-order allows you to secure an item that has not yet reached our warehouse.

The release or estimated shipping date listed on each product page is supplied by the manufacturer and may change if they adjust their schedule.

2. Payment Details

All pre-orders must be paid in full during checkout to reserve your item.

This guarantees your order is queued for processing as soon as inventory arrives.

3. Shipping Information

Your pre-order will ship as soon as the item becomes available at Mall of Toys.

If your order includes in-stock items and pre-order items, the order may be held so all items can be shipped together in one package.

To receive in-stock products immediately, we recommend placing a separate order.

4. Changes to Release Dates

Manufacturers sometimes adjust release dates, which can affect when we receive inventory.

If a delay extends more than 30 days beyond the original estimate, we will notify you by email. At that point, you may choose to keep the pre-order open or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order anytime before the item ships, and we will issue a full refund.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it becomes eligible under our standard return policy.

Refunds typically return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

6. Our Pre-Order Assurance

We strive to fulfill every pre-order placed with Mall of Toys.

If a supplier shortage or unexpected issue prevents us from completing your order, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
