Shipping Policy

We ship same day if ordered by 1pm est.

Orders are always delivered for FREE via USPS First Class Package (USA Only). Depending on where you reside, it could take 2 to 5 days for this mail service to arrive. Based on your address, you will be informed during checkout of the precise number of days it will take. For your convenience, we now provide extra paid choices like USPS Priority Shipping, UPS Next Day, and others.

PS: The closer you are to our warehouse in Massachusetts the faster you will get your products, All East Coast states usually get their orders delivered within 2-3 days.

Ordering Processing Times:

- Aside from weekends and holidays, we process everyday orders in fewer than 24 hours (or before 1:00PM EST).

- Email confirmations for successful orders will include the order information. Please check your spam filter or get in touch with us for confirmation if you don't get an email.

- Contact us right away at if you need help with your order. After your order has been dispatched, we won't be able to modify it. This includes modifying your mailing address.

- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for returned or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Costs of International Shipping

We use USPS, UPS or FEDEX to ship to most western and european countries. The cost depends on the number of items ordered.

Canadian Customers

Our customer base in Canada is expanding, so we have new pricing accessible for your advantage. We provide DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Please select the best delivery option at checkout.

Note:Import duties and/or customs fees may apply to shipments; these charges are established by customs officials and are not reflected in the shipping price. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Pre-Orders are not shipped until the product is in stock; the anticipated delivery date is indicated on the relevant product page. The remainder of your order will ship within 12 to 24 hours unless it contains any pre-order items, in which case it will ship once it is in stock.


If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all foreign orders will ship once all the items are available. We are unable to split overseas orders due to the high shipping costs, so we wait till the Pre-Ordered item is in stock to ship it all at once.

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags and labels still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

You can get in touch with us at to request a return. In case your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Issues and damages

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.

Items that are exempt or not returnable

Unfortunately, Return Lots and gift cards cannot be returned.


Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method.
